if you really want safe for a daily driver and you dont do much research, go with the superchanger. nice bolt on with power. theres a lot of more things to consider when goin turbo and will need a lot of researching. superchargers will have a lot more better of a throttle response with constant boost but you'll get more top end with a turbocharger. the main concern for turbocharging is FUEL and TUNE. that jackson racing supercharger on ebay is a nice bolt on, his buy it now price seems a little too much tho but if you are looking for cheaper, PM me, i kno a buddy of mine selling his complete jackson racing supercharger kit with fuel management.

Personally I would go turbo , and that buy it now price is crazy , you could spend way less on a nice turbo setup with managment and tuning

SUPERCHARGER!

turbos are for panzies and cross dressers!!!!

hahaha,
j/k,
seriously though,
all depends on wut u want,
u want the most power/tq you can get?
turbo definetely ,you want a perfectly linear powerband, and a cool whiney sound, supercharger!

Most supercharger guys run the jrsc(its the best brand for sure) becaus they like it for what it is, not necessarily because they think it's "better" than turbo.

If you want make alot of power with the sc you'd better be prepared to do things alil differentely,
you cant just crank up the boost like with a turbo. But there are ways to make good power

That SC kit won't fit your B16 head, and if he's been running 12 PSI on an unmodified blower then it's probably at the minimum knocked all the coating off of the blower rotors. If you want a B16 JRSC kit, then shoot me an e-mail. I've got an extra B16 kit that I'd let go for way less than that one. Personally I like turbos for straight line-racing and superchargers for anything else. Either can work for a safe daily driver, you just have to exercise more self control with a turbo as it is very easy to turn up the boost:

I see used ebay B-series kits go for 1000-1500, depending on the condition and what extras are included.
