He said that is the turbo burning oil its some shitty ebay turbo! the car has alot of power and is semi built. The car was running for about 20min at idle and didnt even come close to overheating!
I will be purchasing this car tommorow what should i check for b4 doing this?

well you can take a comprssion tester with you and check the compression in all 4cylinders if there all of that means you have a leek or somthing is off now checking for coolant thats a little differnt I would say if the oil smells like coolant or looks like a heavy or dark green color that means he has coolant leeking into the engine

I wouldn't buy a project car that doesn't work right. If he bought a cheap-*** ebay turbo, who knows what else he skimped on the car.

it sounds like it the turbo take the intercooler pipe off and see if there is oil in it. 300 repair and you are back on the road.

save yourself some time check the turbo in and out play and for oil in the pipes first. It is the quickest thing to do. It is also the most likley problem you have.

It means the turbo is failing and oil from inside the turbo is buring in the exhaust. It is a common problem when turbos are on the way out.
