What is best sized turbo for 400whp built 2.0 ls?

I just posted a few links today that you can look at to help figure out the best turbo for your needs...but it gets ignored, nobody wants to read or figure **** out for themselves......Hey lets have the answers given to me cause its waaaay easier!
