That turbo based on the specs alone could be good to about 450hp, with efficiency being about 300whp in a B series motor.
Depending on what it is used for and which motor and application are going to determine if it's LAGGY to you or not. Describe your application and what you want to acheive and I'm sure you'll get a better answer

hey cractos.... why don't you post this crap under you own name... j/k anyway, it is going on a lsvtec stock w/gsr cams... I personally think it will work really nice on this motor, but I too would like to hear from someone who knows/has a similar setup...
