Whats the best turbo setup for a 99 SI?
kit or custom kit?
I will be keeping the internals of the motor stock.

I would like to be at 270-300WHP, and have a safe setup with stock internals..

shoot me your suggestions.

full-race is #1 on my list, but expensive... definitely would be worth the money spent
