Turbo Question?

is a t28 the right size for my 2000 si my goal is around 350 hp. is that to big of a goal?

Never. A nice turbo for that setup would be a t3/t4 57trim.

the gt28rs?

350 to the wheels would almost be maxing it out.
be a baller and get a gt30

that would spool up probably like 2800 rpm!!!, but peak out very quickly

On my B16/delsol,
I had a t3/t4 .48/.60 57trim turbonetics, spooled quickly & great up top
