Default Turbo Question?

Im building my gsr for the track looking to get around 450hp.
i got the fullrace stage1 but with a T3 60-1 turbo,63 turbine,70 comp side.
Now is this a good turbo for the track? How is it up top (9k rpms)?
Or what is a good turbo that u would recommend for my application?

the 60-1 is and awesome top end turbo IMO. Now, for the track, do you mean drag, auto x, road race,? what, for the strip its a good turbo, but everything else its gonna be laggy.
