turbo project
i have 95 gsr all stock.I recently got a turbo kit the turbo is a t3 .42 air ,i'm having my ecu chipped (uberdata) i'm going to run 10 psi . Is this turbo to small to produce good (whp)

depends on what your notion of "good horsepower".
From my experience with it.. no... especially up in the higher band, regardless of the supporting mods marcusssmith26 has stated.
