Default turbo problem

i recently purchased a complete custom kit from a shop back in january...the turbo is a Greddy TD04H-15G that was rebuilt by turbochargers.com....the kit was installed recently and after it was primed and fired up the oil seals started leaking and from what i was told (im in the middle east and my brother has the car) the turbine is making a wierd noise....this is the first time the turbo has been kicked over since the purchase back in january....should i be worried or will the turbo settle down after awhile because maybe it needs to re broken in after the rebuild? i put 1100 plus into this kit and i will not be screwed again
does anyone know the cost of rebuilding it vice a new one??? i would like to continue business with this shop but i wanna make sure that whatever goes on my car is fully functional
turbo honda guru's help a turbo noob
