Default turbo prelude problems...help

I just put a T3 turbo(6 lbs) on 97 prelude and it runs like crap (sputters when i give it gas and doesnt pull at all). I put on dsm 450 injectors with inline 10 ohm resistors, and im running it with a field sfc-vtec contoller. i have a FMU, but dont know if i should use it with the sfc.

STOP!

Find your nearest tuner and tune the car.

Pay the $$$ TO TUNE IT or PAY THE $$$ for a new engine

$$$ to Tune < The $$$ for a motor

I'm in Cali so we have tuners every where. But hit up SN Turbo-Charged on here. I think he is actually in your local area and can get you hooked up.

i'll be honest....if you want me to tune the car i will want to do it correctly. hondata, a honda resistor box, and a walbro fuel pump.

you are fighting a never ending battle trying to use your set up right now. feel free to contact me if that is a route you would like to take. 301 638 3000

to use that setup pull off the FMU use that VAFC and take away -35 accross then tune the AFRs . Keep the 450s in.

I have personal experience with Tempest Racing in Waldorf and JE Import Performance in Baltimore. Tempest has a Dynojet and JE has a Dynapak. I cant entirely recommend JE for everything but for tuning they are good. Inline Pro in NoVa might be worth the drive.

i talked to a tuner and he told me to take the 450s off and have it run the stock injectors with the fmu. runs fine. boost gauge still doesnt read, bov doesnt blow off. i dont know why, possibly a leak in the vacuum lines?
