turbo piping
check this out, I'm at some redneck guys house ( he wanted to buy my Ninja 600R ) and I was telling him about my honda, and that I have everything I need to turbocharge it, minus the piping.. And he says,"well hell, go on down to home depot, they have piping you can use there !". I was thinking he's crazy or every body would do that, instead of spending a bunch on pretty "greddy" or who ever piping. 2 weeks later I happen to be in home depot, looking a air compressors, and said what the hell. The answer is yes and no... They sell "electical conduit" that is 2'' in diameter, perfect for a T-25 turbo ( anything over 2 1/4 would cause turbo lag ). 8 bucks for like 15 ft. !!! Now all I need is 4 90 degree angles, but they are going to cost 4 times more than the 15 ft. of conduit... But anyway, I guess most honda guys would rather spend the 100+ dollars for the same thing, just not as shiney..
Does anyone have any other suggestions about turbo piping ?? How to get it, where to get it, much to get it for... DSM charge piping would cost a lot where I live, the whole town is consumed in a "fast and furious" freeny, so salvage yards are chaging crazy money for anything that didn't come from Detriot, my buddy paid $500 for a D16A6 with 200K miles on it !!! ( I know the mileage b/c I stole the tach out of the same car, and put it in my DX )...
Man, I'm going to miss NOS... But not the $30 a bottle...

Re: turbo piping (JMinSi2000)
Home Depot should have some 90 degree bends too. I saw some there a few weeks ago.
