Default Turbo NOOB

Hey, I am new to the Turbo scene. Want to get into it bad and am buying a new car, only have about 15k to work with and I want a newer car. So I am looking at this Si that is in teh classifieds. Its an amazing deal for 11800, it would easily cost over 20k to build this. THe only thing is I dont know if I will be happy with "someone else's" car. I would have to change everything to make it mine and it looks to be perfect already. Plus I dont know much about turbos, really wanna learn. What do u guys think, I mean its a sweet deal, and I would never have the money to actually build this myself. Let me know, thanks

rule number one, if your planning to mod a car, never get one that already has tons of mods on it, y do u think they get the mods? to drive fast like we all would w/ our mods, which means basically it's not as reliable as getting a non-modded car then doing ur own mods to it. but if the deals good and the car's already modded, check it out and maybe u wont need to do ne mods to it if it's already nice.
