Default nitrous

need to know what is better as in LONG TERM USE nitrous or turbo i have turbo but considering taking it off for nitrous. turbo is cool and all but no reputable tuner with dyno in san antonio texas at least not for turbo. so that is why i am asking what is better in long term because nitrous seems like it is less headache in the long run and easeir to tune.
