I'm about to enter the world of forced induction because I've finally got my money saved up for my turbo. Since I have a B20z and it redlines around 7 grand I was wondering if a T3/T4 turbo would be to big since it would take longer to spool up. Any ideas would be most helpful.

 

a smaller t3/t4 would work fine. Turbo choise mainly depends on your boost goals, hp goals, and setup. Let us know this info and we can help you further.

Not sure where Hattiesburg is located? My hometown is about 30 minutes from Tupelo. My goal is to run about 8-10 psi. I'm not planning on building the motor or anything. I would hope to be in the 200 or above horsepower range.

 

Get a T3/T4B .48 a/r exhaust. Fast spool up and will put you into the 250 WHP range with 8-10 psi.

 

 

i got a built ls motor and i'm looking to get into the low 12's what would you guys perfer for me? not sure about how much psi or hp i will need. whats everyone running that runs 12's in a ls motor?
