I was thinking of making a low cost turbo setup on my GSR (Girlfriends car). I am going to use the turbo off my Skyline GTS motor which is a T28/T3 hybird ball bearing turbo. It used a standerd T3 inlet flange. I was thinking of making my own manifold and just wanted to know what is recomended in building your own? Material? What wall thickness the runners should be to suport the wieght and what kinda measures can you take to avoid cracking problems.
