turbo manifold that clears block
k guys i bought one off ebay a cast one and no way will the cold side clear the block and i dont want to pull my full size rad out my teg, what other manis can i get that will work the turbo is a t3t4, also i dont want to spend alot it just needs to work preferably from 100-200 pics would help too if u guys have any, thanks guys
I build custom manifolds for several honda/acura engine chassis combinations. With no clearance issues with the block or the hood. But if you want quality it is not cheap. Most of my T3 setups are around $600, but thats half the price of full race. why would you hang a good turbo on a crap manifold.

Let me guess, your problems look like this.

Basicly, you have a manifold designed for a 5 bolt T3 exhaust housing. The turbo will not fit unless turned around. Don't bother cutting the block..it doesn't help.

Time to find another mani or ditch your full width radiator...
A good manifold will be money well spent!

If you have ac you will have to get rid of it and go with a non ac compatible mani. It should put your turbo the other direction and free up some room. If not, most people do end up having to get a civic or half radiator. It's just the way it is. Good luck.
cast manis like inlinepro, revhard, drag and meutek should have no problem clearing the block (maybe a little shaving) you shouldnt have to get rid of AC or your full length rad.
edit: or get a combo deal from one of the fab shops on here ex: spoolin

thats exactly what i was gonna say... i got a meutek here with a turbonetics t3t04e... shaved it a bit, fits like a glove
blackccoupe are you aware that you have to shave your block? are you familiar with this process? the third pick posted by XSIintegra shows you exactly where to shave it. also what brand is your turbo? becuase china-fab 5-bolts t3t4 dont usually fit...

i had an issue with an ITS turbo and a drag manifold a while back, even with the block shaving, it still didnt clear. and the customer insisted on using that combo.
i went to mcmaster carr got longer exh studs, and another manifold flange and spaced it out.
i know it was kind of a hack, but it had to be that way.

Here is a little write up for you.
The t3/t4 will not fit wit ha cast manifold. Pics provided
Look at all the shaving I did. Shaved the block AND the turbo housing.

New setup with a/c and a borg warner turbo

plenty of people have t3t4's on cast manifolds, yours didnt fit for a few reasons, you either had a 4bolt, or a garrett 5 bolt, or a chinese turbo. the ones usually used on these types of manifolds are precision or turbonetics t3t04e.

I could have turned it around and went non-a/c but I wanted a/c
It was a turbonetics t3/t4
Now I have a borg warner which clears perfect

its probably because your turbo is a 4-bolt housing when cast manifolds ade made to fit 5 bolt housings, ( the placement is VERY different.
