Default Turbo ls gurus

What's up guys. Planning on getting a set of cams and intake manifold for my turbo ls, soon to be tuned. Anyways, I'm getting a slamming deal on both but I want opinions from people who have actually used them. I'm getting an obx intake manifold and their stage 1 cams. The specs on the cams are as follows:
Advertised Duration: IN: .233, EX .245
LIft IN: .414, EX .399
These cams will be going on a ported/polished ls head with stock valvetrain. My engine builder said he shimmed the springs for an extra 10lbs.......
Opinions and comments VERY welcome.
Thanks
