Turbo Kit
Is this turbo kit a too good to be true deal?

If you haven't figured it out yet, you are not getting off cheap modifying these new generations of car. Not going to happen.
On top of that you seem woefully ignorant of how turbo systems work that you need to ask such a question. Looking for the cheapest POS system to save yourself some money, and a universal system with a B-series manifold at that, proves that.

Calm down. No need to get rude.
Just being blunt.
And I can guarantee that you didn't know that what you're looking at is only 1/3 of the complete turbo system.
Hardware+Fuel/Engine management+Tuner/Tuning=turbo "kit".

It's a B series kit, saying it's for a 2013 Civic. That alone should have you going "what the ****", OP. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the '13 only have the R and K engines in them? I know the K is the "better" trim engine, but I'm not sure about the lesser engine. Then there's the issue of the turbo itself. When the entire kit costs less than even a good cheap turbo would, do you really want to trust something like that? Hell, the tuners I've worked with wouldn't even pull that on their dyno.
