Default turbo intake flange?

Hey guys, Im currently runnin with a super 60 in my LS. Well its been about a month or so and I still haven't been able to find an adapter or flange so that I can put a filter on the turbo. I have a picture, I've sent out emails to companies but they haven't responded yet. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. Here's the picture..

Would an exhaust shop be capable of making a 2 bolt pattern flange?

It looks like you could use the intake pipe from the new edelbrock kit...oh wait, that would probably cost a fortune...

I'd like to know where to find one as well, I almost bought a turbo with the same flange for the intake, but I didn't want to deal with finding that flange, which ads to the cost of the turbo itself...
