Check fuel system... also are you running a missing link?

Make sure:

1) inline fuel pump is installed
2) inline fuel pump is installed in the correct direction
3) inline fuel pump power polarity is correct
4) FMU is installed
5) FMU is hooked up to vacuum source
6) FMU inlet and outlet hooked up in correct direction
7) missing link is installed
8) missing link installed in correct direction
9) check vacuum at idle, what's your gauge read
10) check for vacuum leaks

So you have no extra fuel pump installed? That's not going to work...

FMU only works if you have a high-pressure in line pump installed in addition to the stock pump.

You have the FMU installed in the correct direction.

The hole on the missing link can be placed on either side... but you can install the missing link "upside down"... it needs to be able to block boost pressure from getting to the MAP sensor. I.e. you can blow "down" into the missing link but you can't blow "up" through the missing link. Just make sure the Oring is on the correct side.

I would get a "high-pressure in line pump installed in addition to the stock pump"

I can't imagine your car is running rich. Even on cars that are running lean the base of the plug/plug body is black. Is the insulator black?

so the car was cold it ran fine it got hot and ran like crap. Ive seen a few stock cars with turbos do this. I think its because no fmu or the oxygen sensor. The car runs really rich when its cold so I think that was it ok on first pass....
