The set-up: Full-Race Stage 4 Turbo kit (T4/T67)


Question 1: How I'm gonna put the nut on the head if I don't have any clearance on this manifold???



same thing on cylinder #1.



Question 2: If I'm gonna line up the compressor side of the turbo to the back door intercooler, the IC core is not gonna be on the middle anymore. Is this okay??

take the nuts off all the other studs and pull the manifold out forward until you can fit the nut over the hole on the head flange. then spin the nut onto the stud while holding the manifold up. just put the two nuts you're having trouble with on first, then the others after that.


EDIT: oh yea, nice car/setup. i wish the t3's came v-band...would make life so much easier.
