Default turbo ID help.

Bought a pieces together kit mainly for the header and down pipe. Had a buddy pick it up for me and when he brought it over it was a complete turbo kit intercooler and all. Thing is the turbo has no "name" on it. So I assume it's ebay but can anyone help confirm its identity?..

Has a plate on it that says.

No detailed pictures at multiple angles, No wheel measurements, then no one can (or will) help.

Compressor Cover looks real, but the stamp is from some individual that put it in a weird spot. You didn't take photos at more than one angle so, hard to say. Doesn't look typical eBay, but you have to measure the wheels, then compare to the standard T67 measurements to confirm.. We can't do that for you, unfortunately.

Problem solved. That means that the wheel measurement well be different than what it's listed to be.

Since I don't mess with them (self-proclaimed turbo snob :-)), I probably only would Janet figured it out if the housings were removed

I've already got a garett turbo I got with a kit from somebody that I'm having rebuilt. I bought a second kit for cheap really just for the header and down pipe. When I got it the turbo and intercooler and all the piping were included. So it was a bonus that I have a "spare" turbo. Just didn't know the make. Thanks for the help.

Yea the GSP at the beginning means "Godspeed Project". Those turbos are a crapshoot as far as reliability and their wheel sizes are very rarely the same as the genuine unit they are copying.

Either try and flip it on eBay, take the time to rebuild it with quality components and a proper balance, or use it as a door prop.
