I have a 92 si honda prelude h23 non vtec with a rebuilt engine I would like to make 650 to 700 horse power most likely only 650 but what turbo could I go with that will make that much horse power and at what rpm will I hit full boost .And I am only going to drive the car on the weekends at the race track.

 

wow way to aim high but thats what most of us do right, give some more info on your rebuild is it sleeved forged internals.......... etc
