Default turbo help

im turboing my d16y8, and im just a little confused on the turbo trim and what not.
I wanna be hitting full boost(8-9) around 3000rpms or somewhere around there. im looking at a hybird setup, such as the t3/t04B. im confused on trim size, the compressor housing, and turbine housing options and the stage wheel. Im looking at this turbo and these are the options....

-.47 Trim Compressor Wheel
-.60 (Shown) or .70 A/R Compressor Housing**
-.48, .63 or .82 A/R Turbine Housing Option
-Stage 1, 2 or 3 Turbine Wheel

what does all that mean.
Thank you
