turbo on gsr

What is a good turbo to go on a gsr and also i am new to this stuff, are there any street legal turbos if not how do you guys get around the smog and the legalities of it. Pls help like i said im new.

don't go turbo, you'll have LAG...
just do ALl motor, no LAG..
