Default Turbo Debate

car: 01 GS-R, DAILY DRIVEN
Goal: 300WHP, 13's at 6000' altitude

Problem: Can't Decide Between
t3-60 Trim
t3/t4oe 57 trim
t3/t4ob 57 trim

All turbo's are in my neighbor's garage, so i can get em really cheap. oppinions?

50 or 60-1 is the only way to go, bigger exducer.

yah....they need new seals but hey, i figure turbos 150 + 100 rebuild kit is not bad!

E housing is bigger, gnerally uses E wheels. B housing generally uses B wheels. If he can get an B housed turbo w/ a 57 trim E whel id definitely go with that for his aimed whp over the E housing.

You know there is more too it right? I mean even IF you do the rebuild all perfect, u still have to send the turbo out to get balanced. IMO, just send it to cheapturbo.com $250 plus the shipping to them and you are done with it.
