I got a D16A1 and I am trying to do a turbo setup. I read up a little bit and i keep getting mixed messages I have to get a custom manifold then I hear I can use a regular d series turbo manifold, could you guys help me out with this?

yeah, a regular d-series will bolt up, but the ports are a tiny bit bigger on a a1 head....

nothing a few minutes with a die grinder wont fix.

 

Thanks for the intel i appreciate it, also i was wondering if anyone on HT has a d16a1 turbo setup and what kind of numbers are they makin on the dyno or 1/4

 

one of the guys at my local track ran a boosted a1 at 14.09 i think
