Default turbo d15b7?

Sup, few q's for you guys... have a stock 94 hb dx, getting turbo kit for cheap..
is it ok to turbo a stock motor? do i need to replace something? is it better to get a vtec head? i know this have been covered a million times, just needed a quick reply... motor has 146xxx miles on it already, is it safe to turbo with to many miles? do i need to change internals? sleeved?
going to get the motor swapped eventually, just want to want to feel how turbo works... will help me decide whether to have one when i get the motor swapped.
thanks in advance!

well the vtec head is nice. but you should be able to run around 5-7psi if you have it tuned nicely. stock internals handle around 200whp, so as long as you get it tuned you should be ok in that category

Should be fine...what kind of turbo are you running? PSI isnt a good measure of what the engine can handle, its WHP. I wouldnt push more than 170 WHP daily on a stock B7...

Yeah, who keeps giving these newbs psi numbers when that means nothing. It's all about how much power your rods can hold on a good tune. What turbo are you using? Going to run uberdata? You can run more than 5-7 psi on any turbo you want.
