i searched "turbo cams" and only got 4 posts

i drive a 1999 honda civic si and i am buildin my motor right now..goin for 375+whp...b16a2..golden eagle sleeves, wiseco pistons 9:1 compression, eagle rods etc

what are some good turbo cams? MONEY IS NOT AN ISSUE

 

just keep your stock cams
or maybe gsr cams

 

CTR/ITR cams. I picked up good power and spool over B16's.

 

keep my stock cams?? ahh i dont think so, cams can make a pretty big difference..yea i was lookin into itr cams...anyone have any experience with after market cams?(skunk2,blox,crower)

 

I like skunk2's turbo cams....mainly because I am using them Check the two link in my signature for dyno graphs.

 

Skunk2 cams are both expensive and smaller than CTR/ITR cams.

 

Id run GSR or ITR cams personally.

Crower makes a pretty nice turbo cam. I believe Rocket does too, but I don't know if it is out yet.

 

yea ive heard good things about gsr cams....also alot of people goin with the skunk 2 cams...anyone else?

I run JG race cams in my ZC. But only because you cant run vtec cams in a ZC heh....

Those are the cams i run in my ZC. They are really awesome. Idles much better then my old crower cams.

The JG 1001 cams pulled strong and made power all the way until i let off on the dyno - could of made more too if i reved it higher.

I think so, check out JGenginedynamics.com.

 

They do make a vtec turbo cam, i believe its called the 300T. The grind is very close to a GSR grind from what i understand.

Judging from the specs on their site the ZC turbo cams are near stock B16 came, but with less lift.

 

&lt;~~going to be using GSR cams w/ gears.

 

I have a friend who used GSR cams in his turbo B16A2, he was satisfied.

 

im runnin the skunk 2s. loving em. quite a bit of people are runnin with gsr cams here.

 

blox cams.Too bad they dont make any for non-vtec

 

I ran Rocket Motorsports M20 Turbo Cam. I made power all the way past 9700 with those. They are a lil wilder than a CTR cam.

Rocket is making me a new cam that should give me even more power than before. I'll have dyno's of the new cams as soon as I get them. Hopefully not much longer.

You need to check the archives too, not just recent
