Default Turbo B20

What kind of performance can one expect from this set up. I know about the 1.7 crank and all...but what are timeslips from this kind of set up both stock and built? Anyone out there running this? Would there be any increases over my B18c1 is it were turbo or built? Please drop me some knowledge...
