Default turbo b16 plugs

i've been reading and i just got some bkr7e plugs by ngk. they're pregapped at .030. but i read that people say to gap it between .28-.36. is that 0.28-.036 or is it .028 - .036. its such a big difference. people always refer to it as .28 and it seems to be a big *** gap compared to .028. thanks in advance.

they ment between .028" and .026"

i never had any problems with mine gapped at .030" on my B16, they seem to hot start better with hondata than my 8 series plugs did
