Default Turbo on 91 integra

Not many people fix up the old G2 Integra. SO i thought i would right now, have skunk2 manifold, aem intake, tanabe exhaust, dc header. Next is Turbo Going to machine the header and block, and then put 8.5:1 pistons, and connecting rods. Then Turbo. I want around 11 psi daily and at least 15psi or more on track or race. Which turbo kit should i go with: Max Rev, Drag, F-Max, Rev Hard? And what other things other than that will i need for turbo except boost controller, boost gauge, and bigger fuel pump?

Pardon? I'd sleeve an LS block and just build an engine out side of the car than pull the old swaparo. I personally like rev-hard, but it depends on what you want to do with it. If your going to build it you might as well go custom because it can be cheaper.

Nice setups guys. Can't wait to finish mine. BTW is there anyway to fit an IC behind a 90' front bumper? I want to keep the stock one if possible but it almost looks to cramped.

Yes it will fit, you have to cut the bottom lip a little more and depending how your IC piping is may have to trim some of the front fins, as well. Here's a pic of my 91(same as the 90) before I converted to a 92-93 bumper.

That black one is the sweetest thing i've seen!My car looks exactly like that!Except my intercooler is an fmax.Tan interior, one piecers, and orange bumper lenses...and its black.Geez, what a sweet look!I was wondering what you guys with big power in the 2g's are doin for making power?I got my setup being put together...but im worried about traction more than anything.I have a y1lsd,prothane bushings, motor mount inserts, tokico blues and skunk2 coilovers..and i think thats about it.Right now the car hooks decent. But when the boost goes up..i think all hell will break loose and these BFG drag radials wont hold it....

What size IC is that? Is it the one that comes with the Drag kit?
Thanks again,

It's the 1 from the DRAG kit.

I have A 2G Teg too. With the Drag III, I lost my AC. The piping for the 2G w/ DragIII kit is not that great to me. We rerouted the piping for effieciency purposes. Pipping is good quality, but the 2G intercooler piping is very different then the 3G. Other then that is a nice kit. Also you will need a little smarts to put the 2G DragIII piping together because there are no instruction and drag does not make any for that model

I relocated mine so I could incorporate a full sized filter. Before I moved the battery, I had to run a motorcycle filter- ran good. Again, I was more strapped for space than usual cause I kept AC and PS.

RAWB: Do you occasionally post on G2IC.com? I guess it doesn't really matter. Nice setup by the way.

Yeah, under INTEGRACON. Changed username to RAWB, though.

I love the G2 Integras, especially the turbo ones.

Here's mine:

I did all the bodywork to make it look like a white CRX HF, though. It was cheaper that way.

My Revhard kit is 98% put together right now just waiting a few final touches. I had to loose the AC with my kit so you may want to stick with the DRAG. I was kinda pissed cause they told me I could keep the AC and I figured out you couldn't after my car was tore apart. Here's my set-up, I plan to run 8-9 pounds of boost.

91 LS with B16
Revhard Stage 2 kit
T3/T4B
Tial Wastegate
BOV
Greddy Turbo Timer
Blockguard
ARP Headstuds
Skunk 2 Manifold
Revhard intercooler
Unorthodox Pulleys
2 stage colder plugs

Planning to add Hondata with 440cc injectors.

How much boost can this setup handle without injectors and hondata??
