BTW my car is a 98GSR and i dont think i will push more that 7 psi.
Any sugestions would be great im still trying to learn more about FI SO PLEASE GIVE ME KNOWLEDGE!!!!!!!!

Your car should be fine with those miles, just make sure you do a compression test. I think 200 is about optimal for the GSR, but not sure. If you do decide to go turbo invest in a block guard. It's not necessary, but helps to keep you from blowing your engine.

Im glad in getting some positive feedback from you all. I know sometimes all these newbie questions can be a pain.
Your right those are freeway mile From drive back and forth from school.
My other queation was i saw that Jeff if i got his name right, is selling a kit for about 2500. I was concedering this setup since the quality seems to surpasses the price?
LEAK DOWN TEST> COMPRESSION TEST > BLOCK GAURD > SYTHETIC OIL

Don't bother with a block guard for 7 psi. That will just concentrate heat at the edges of the combustion chamber and impede coolant flow. You won't need a block guard for that low of a boost.
jeez.
