I am upgrading my turbo and have been doing alot of research and have came down to two the

GT28RS or the GT3071R

I will be running a neukin manifold

and also will be running 10 psi on a stock b16
my goal is around 300whp
which A/R would be best .63 or .86

.63 a/r would be sufficient enough to flow 300 whp
