Default tuning issues

What exactly would connecting a hose directly from the valve cover to the pcv box under the manifold, on a on a boosted b18c1, do?

dont do that.. they both are vents and if u connect them together the vapors will be stuck inside the motor. connect them both to a catch can with a vent on top and u will be fine. or at minimum just put breather filters on each one. but dont loop them together to each other

I took it to a tuner and that is what they did. It made the motor smoke and then they said it must have an internal crack. Diagnosis by tuner, "bad motor, needs new one" The pressure simply built up and pushed oil into cylinders through valves. It had a high idle and I guess that is why hose were being moved around?!?!?

the result would be a hose flying off from being pressurized by the crankcase, and not letting the motor evacuate all that ish

philli dyno works. I went down there twice with a tow and the first time they said timing was off. The second time they said the motor was blown because of how they sealed crank case by moving the breather hose to the wrong spot. The hose didnt blow off the pressure was releaving throught the valve seals pushing oil with it causing it to smoke. I called and told them about it and they replied with, "We were not comfortable tuning it". It was a small air leak in the Idle air valve causing a high idle. Timing was corrected and set with the program Neptune even though we fixed it. No timing changes correctly routed hoses and I have 300 HP. NICE, Thanks for nothing PDW !!!
