Default tuning for idle problem

I'm tuning my JRSC'd Civic SI with a Hondata system. The idle has been working great for about two weeks. Now the car runs really rich when I first start the car. But once the car is warmed up the idle AFR is perfect. I don't know if this is something I can tune for. Any suggestions?

Couple more details.. Sometimes the car idles great on startup. The car runs great after its warmed up. I've been messing with the O2 wires to the ECU. I've run the wires from the harness to a switch in the center console. The switch lets me switch between narrowband and wideband inputs to the ECU. The O2 wire was shielded to the ECU. I did not shield my rewiring. Could this be related?
