Tuning B18 turbo

well my tuner has just told me that he no longer tunes s200 because it is such a bad system. I just finished building the motor and now just saved up enough to tune the car. Now I need to save up more. Should I get the s300 or Apexi Power FC or is there other computers I should consider?
