can i use a different program than what the car was programmed with to datalog?? for example if i tuned a car on crome, could i use the datalogging cable and uberdata to log whats going on, or does it have to be the same program????

Re: tuned on crome, can i use uberdata to datalog???? (blackeg)
i couldnt get it to work.
then again i didint try that hard either.
i think it has something to do with the jumper u have to cut for crome for duplex and then in uber it doesnt need to be cut.
im not sure.

You cannot datalog an ECU with Uberdata that is running with code made in Crome.
You should be able to however, datalog with Freelog if the car is running on Crome.
Make sure J12 is cut in the ECU if you are doing this...
