Would my tune be effected at all if I went from a Tyrus 33x6x2 to a 24x12x3 bar and plate intercooler?

 

You upgraded to what you hope is a more efficient intercooler right? More efficiency means a cooler and more dense charge, thus effecting your tune. I can't say how much, or if you will need to be retuned, but it can never hurt.
