Default Tune or Chip ECU?

Ok so I have a 95 Integra LS with a 97 LS swap ( Still OBD1 ) and complete Greddy 18g Turbo Kit installed and I was wondering if I should have it tuned or chipped? The turbo is at stock boost which I think is like 5-6lbs. I currently have a Greddy Blue Box hooked up. Not planing on running above 8lbs anytime soon. No mods besides turbo.Going to be DD'ing the car.

adding a chip will add a tune to the car.

it will get you close, but the right way to do it is to tune the car and have that tune burned into a chip.
