Re: TT lambo
They had the lime green one at rockingham at the last TNT last year that me and some buddies went too. Made 1 pass and had some problems. Had to load it on the trailer at the end of the track. Went 10.19 @ 160 i think. I know the 10.19 is correct, but it was 160 something, if my memory is working correctly, i believe it was 168.
It was the same one that went 8.9 about a year or so ago when UGR first got into lambos. The 8.9 video was at rockingham, which they rented out to try to break into the 8's.

Re: TT lambo
^^Sounds useful
I dont trust most drivers with a Prius...now give them 1,000+whp and see what carnage ensues (see Nick Hogan for refresher if necessary)

Re: TT lambo
I would trust one of these cars in the lane next to me more with a 1000hp over a 500whp FWD Honda.

Most of the owners of these Higher end Airstrip runners don't even use this kind of hp on the street and as 96 GSR-T said, not owned by children. 99% of them are dyno queens and Garage keepers anyway. So, good for the owner to make that power. How its relevant to this forum is unknown to me.

MMM those vides make me all warm and fuzzy inside LOL. Every car should come turbo. Especially ones that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Very nice car in deed

Quoted for truth. Those things just plant and go. I can barely keep my car in the same lane on a windy day.

True for being one of the fastest street cars... If someone had the deep pockets and looking for one hell of a street car, the Lambo is one good (and expensive) platform to start with. Well, for one thing, I appreciate people buying nice cars, and knowing how to spend the money to turbo it. Better than a stock Porsche 911 turbo owner thinking he has the fastest car on the planet, but it's no faster than a EG hatch with an Ebay turbo kit in reality, but never races the car to find out.
AWD, full stability system still active, and enough room to swallow up 305+ tires on all four corners, and the aero to match. I actually find it one way to safely and effectively use all that power if you had the deep pockets for such power. Way better than to blow all that money onto a Vette or Viper which is what most people do (much cheaper to start out), when you can never use anything over 1000+ WHP on a street tire or even a radial (without converting to slush-o-matic transmission) and end up spending lots of money just trying to make it hook. In turn, it just becomes another trailered drag queen down the road.
These cars aren't 1/4mile racers... On a 6-spd transmission, they already trap 150+ without finishing 4th gear and that's on stock ratios. Comparing 1/4mile times is so obsolete these days in measuring powerband, power, aero and top-end power. Texas mile is where it's at, or a nice stretch of empty highway.
But I still trust a 500HP Honda beside me though...ROFL At least it will be behind me, and not in front. These lambos still blow all four tires loose at about 100+ mph at rolling highway speeds in warm hot summer nights.
