Might want to look into purchasing a kit (drag, revhard, etc) since you don't know much about turbo setups. Just keep researching, it's always better then jumping into something you know nothing about.

Well I was just wondering if I should get any engine preparation done before getting the turbo installed also I was thinking a more notable turbo brand for the turbo (Greddy,HKS)

You need to search for T-U-R-B-O NOT T-R-U-B-O, then you might find some information .

You header will be useless, your CAI most likely won't be used (maybe you could reuse the filter and charge pipe), and most likely your exhaust will be too small in diameter for a turbo (at least for maximum horsepower).

I suggest going to http://auto.howstuffworks.com/turbo.htm or any other basic turbo site and just learning how a turbocharger works and WHY you use the parts that you do with a set up. Once you learn how it works then you can go about finding a turbo solution to suite your needs. Search around and just see what people are running for manifolds, turbos, ICs, fuel management, etc. and make your own decisions on what you want on your car. Good luck
