i just got a 92 cx . im still weighing all my options ,
like most people i dont have bottomless pockets.
so for now im thinking of swaping a 1.6l sohc zc
with a si/ex tranny. then going with a t3/t4 which
i have left off my dsm. any ideas on this or should i
just wait and get the b16a2 swap.

 

question is what do you want to do???? If thats what ya wanna do just do it, who cares if its not what someone else wants to do....I turb'd my sohc if i would have asked what should i do all i would have heard was B B B B B B B blah blah blah....I didnt ask someone, i was like im turboing my sohc cause "i want to"....Then I looked at my turbo options deiced that the t3 60 trim was best fit for the style of driving i do and the hp levels i want, i did this by doing calculations and looking at compressor maps...The information is endless you can obtain on your own, I have posted a few links that will help you in making decisions on fuel pump size, injector size, how to read compressor maps, compressor calculations, etc etc....So there is tons of stuff, just do some research and do what you want because you want to...Peace

For a fun daily driver I would go the sohc I have a zc sohc turbo myself going strong for over 2years now daily driven.. If your interested click on the link in my signiture.

 

I've been runnin a sohc for 2 years now also and I never had any problems until I got boost hungry and cranked it up to(puts head down) 13psi. Blew the head gasket after 2 or 3 hard runs, MY fault!
