Default Trany question for the experanced, sr20det

Ok before everyone says this is not a nissan forum, I know that but i have been here forever and you guys know your **** much more than the nissan crew. Anyways i just wanna check out my answer to my question real fast. here the situation
Nissan 240sx sr20det swap blah blah blah Ok im driving home from work and when i shift i hear a squiel noise as well as the blow of valve, I keep driving and it turns into a little knock when ever i shift. I keep going and get the car to the house and test some ideas. Ok is the car is in nutral and idling it makes a gang of noise, if the clutch is depressed just enough to take out the free play the noise goes away. If the car is reved at all at any time the noise is there too. What you guys think is the issue? I have an idea but i wanna know your oponion before i pull this crap apart. thanks guys. Ill post pics of the silvia when it get out of the paint shop
