I have a few question since I know absolutly nothing about tranny.

So I blew the differential and final drive in my tranny last week. (Civic SI 2000)

I have a final drive here from an Acura RS. Can it fit? And if it does do I need to get an LSD for a B16 or a LS?

id prob just find myself a new b16 tranny... im not sure so i hope someone can give ya an answer but i dont think u can swap LS and B16 tranny parts
