Default Which Tranny

i am currently using a d16z6 SI tanny in my turbod hatch and was wondering if it would be better to use the cx tranny since the gear ratios are longer.....??

kinda like the dohc guys do with the ls tranny. (I know that this one works well)

so let me know what you think that it would do, or if any one has already tried this share your findings

stick with the tranny you've got, you'll get better spool up with shorter gear ratios

do not go with anything lower than a dx tranny....the cx tranny is way too long...we used one in my buddy's car...he would redline 2nd gear at around 80mph....3rd was very close to the end of the speedo...and it was very, very sluggish....

there is no resemblence between dohc/ls tranny and sohc/cx tranny

I have an LS Integra and let me tell you that the 2-3 shift pretty much marks the end of my competitive forward movement. I put down almost 150hp to the wheels wich isn't bad for a N/A ls. I still can't keep up with my brothers gsr.
BTW; the N/A problem is soon to be solved. Boost is on the way!
