tps and o2 eliminator

tps and o2 eliminator
what is happening is i just installed a drag 3 with o2 eliminator and vafc and the throttle seems to stick. i think it might be the 2 wires taped to the tps sensor. has this ever happen to anyone. also its not throwing any codes.
