Now I have time to post as I am back from Secret Services. I first opened the box thinking it was a little odd there was no o-ring installed. I remember hearing some people say it was in the bottum of the box. Turns out they didn't o-ring it or have that requested from me but I know I requested it. They did this with my friend's block too (I will let him post if he wants to).

Pros: Good turn around time, good customer service and hooked me up with main caps.
Cons: Forgot to o-ring and take a stuck mount out of the block

My hat goes off to GEM. I asked for the block to be o-ringed and they made an honest mistake by not o-ringing the block. I sent Rob the receipt Ted sent me yesterday. Today he e-mailed me telling me they WILL cover the shipping and have it o-ringed. I have always recommended GEM and always will.
