Torque to yield

Wanted to double check before i put my head back on. Means torque to 65lbs. in one turn- right. (following sequence)

ARP head studs- b16

i do 2 sequences then double check all of them after. 1st sequence ~25ft/lbs, 2nd 70ft/lbs
