do it 4 steps
Step 1 - 25 ft/lb
Step 2 - 45 ft/lb
Step 3- 68 ft/lb
Wait 15 minutes
Step 4- 70 ft/lb
This is how I do it, everyone is different, I feel more comfortable running high boost at 70-72 ft/lb with ARP Moly Lube
